WHAT I DO

Provide compassionate, caring tutoring in a variety of subjects.

Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1 & 2, Geometry and Pre-Calculus and all elementary and middle school math - using the Common Core 7 curriculum

Biology, Chemistry and AP Chemistry as well as all elementary and middle school science

Writing effective essays and English grammar & spelling

World and American history plus all social studies at the elementary and middle school level

Organizational strategies, time management, and keeping on track with tasks and due dates

As a Spanish immersion student, I speak Spanish fluently while being able to relate to learning a foreign language.

Teaching well means explaining concepts and ideas in a variety of ways to increase understanding and retention.

Sessions include getting test ready including learning test-taking strategies.

Schedule consistent weekly or twice-weekly sessions and have additional sessions prior to finals.

As needed, some session time may be spent helping students get and stay organized.
